CIRCULAR MOVEMENT for COMMUNICATION
For quality of movement, these basic principles enhance communication in the embrace and the relaxation of organic movements, that help us to communicate more clearly. (Also good for dancers familiar with this concept who want to brush up on the techniques. Highly recommended as preparation for our other workshops during the weekend.)
8 – 10 pm
PRACTICA  with  Refreshments
Saturday
10:30 – noon
TANGO– TECHNIQUE & BODYWORK (for both leaders and followers)
Working with relaxation and tension, finding axis, examining the walk, working on dissociation and relaxed pivoting. Â All the techniques which allow you to stay relaxed while dancing. (No partner required.)
12:30 – 2 pm
ELEGANT VARIATIONS of the  CAMINAR
In this class, we‘ll develop elegant and sophisticated variations of the Caminar that play with the crossed system through subtle communication. We‘ll make these even more challenging by inserting decorations, which make each single movement so charming.
2:30 – 4 pm    MILONGA LISA
You don’t need complex steps to dance a good Milonga – a unique dynamic and your connection to the music is what makes this dance so special! We’ll explore rhythmical variations of the Milonga-walk and combine the elements for small and playful movements.
7:30 – 10:30pm
MILONGA
DJ Detlef;  9 pm  Melina & Detlef performance
Sunday
10:30am – noon
RHYTHMIC and FLUID VARIATIONS of OCHOS
After some basic work to Ochos-technique, we‘ll combine the elements of rhythmic or fluid movements appropriate to different kinds of Tango music.
12:30 – 2 pm
GOODBYE Â GRAPEVINE:Â TURNINGÂ WITHOUT MEMORIZED PATTERNS
Combining the basic elements (steps & pivots) to turns without memorizing patterns. For us,
the molinete is only ONE way to turn.  Have fun exploring them. (We  recommend taking the Ochos-class before this one, as we introduce our idea of communicating pivots there.)
2:30 – 4 pm    VALS – THE MUSIC
Explore the rhythmical variations in Vals and integrate them in variations of the walk and several known movements. This may sound simple, but is it not: there are certain rhythmical variations which are forgotten most of the time and dancing them requires proficiency to really lead and follow in order to “time“ your movements
