DANCE at the WHI

The Virgin Redwood Ballroom is a perfect place for Argentine Tango, Salsa
Swing, and all sorts of dances.  We have a Tango Tea Practica every Saturday from 4 to 6 pm, and host Argentine Tango weekend workshops every month.  Occasional Sunday Salsa has live music bands. 

The beautiful 1886 Virgin Redwood Ballroom is buffed with orange oil and beeswax, and 900 square feet of old growth fir floor carefully refinished for your dancing pleasure.  It is illuminated by a hand-forged bronze chandelier by Coe Studios, and windows overlooking gardens, historic Skunk Train Depot, and the mighty Pacific. 

We also have a downstairs Practica room with mirrors,  internet access, and wide screen TV at just the right height for viewing during practice.  Come and dance!
