WHI Summer Solstice TANGO: Mirel & JorgeLoco:

Anahata Tango at the WHI:

Come explore the yoga - tango connection with Mirel and JorgeLoco!

“In tango, as a dancer becomes more advanced, they work towards moving together as one, with each staying ‘true’ to the partnership.

In yoga, you have a practice that is centered around exploring balance within oneself, in both body and mind.  It is ironic that when dancers begin to get serious about Tango, they usually discover yoga; for how can you stay ‘true’ to another if you don’t know yourself first?

I would like to welcome you all to beginning or continuing your exploration of yoga, and in particular a special focus I like to call “Anahata Tango.”  From complete beginner to practiced Yogi, each will benefit from exploring yoga and learning how it relates to Tango!”  — Mirel

Please visit my site, www.StrongYoga.com, for more details regarding both the history of Tango & Yoga, as well as my philosophy/method of teaching.
